PROPOSED HOUSING PROJECT AT HOSUR , HUBLI

Site : Total site area -3.5 acres

Site is situated in Dharwad district and the road that connects the site is Hosur Unkal bypass road.
New bus stand is near the site which makes it easy accessible.
Access road to site is only 1.
On the west side of the site there is a slum area.
On south side there is a nalla running.

By laws of Hubli – Dharwad :

Maximum ground coverage – 65% to 55%.
Area of the basement should not be more than ground coverage.
Maximum height -15m (for plot size upto 4000 sqm .
Maximum far 125 should not exceed 150.
Far = total floor area of all the floors / plot area
